We had a wonderful stay at El Monte Sagrado, with breathtaking grounds, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, especially with their thoughtful gestures for our guide dog. The only downside was the gym's small size and dated equipment, which doesn't quite match the resort's luxury vibe. Overall, it's a fantastic place that I can't wait to return to!

I attended a conference at the resort and was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the grounds were, complete with lovely water features. The rooms were comfortable, but the star of my experience was the staff, especially Ben, who went out of his way to accommodate us. The indoor pool was unique and enjoyable, though the lack of an outdoor pool was a letdown. Overall, my stay was delightful, despite some minor hiccups with dining.

The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, facilitating an unforgettable stay. However, I did face some noise disturbances during the evenings, which was a bit disappointing given my hopes for a tranquil getaway. Overall, great value for a beautiful retreat.

El Monte Sagrado is a stunning resort that feels like a hidden gem in nature. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and at home, especially with the fantastic treat for my dog. The rooms were beautifully designed and cozy, but some areas showed signs of aging, which is something they need to address. The dining options were excellent with a lovely atmosphere, though service at times could be a bit slow. Overall, it was a memorable stay, but with a few aspects needing improvement.
